Privacy

Transcript Workbench Pro is designed around local transcription. Normal transcription runs on your Mac. Optional Pro editorial features may use OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemini only when you enable those features and provide the required API key.

AI Providers

Transcribe Media and Review & Edit Transcript run locally on your Mac. Social Selects and Email to Timeline can use your own API key for OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemini.

If you are asking for help with a cloud-assisted workflow, include the AI provider you selected, the workflow you were running, and whether the app showed an API or Keychain error. Do not email API keys.
